Since July 1, 2014, carrying a high-visibility vest has been mandatory in Germany, but only for car drivers. Motorcyclists are exempt from this rule domestically. However, if you're planning a motorcycle trip abroad, be aware that different laws apply in other countries.
In case of a breakdown or accident, motorcyclists in many countries are required to wear a high-visibility vest. Failure to comply can result in fines. Due to varying and constantly changing regulations, we recommend always carrying a high-visibility vest. Safety first for every tour!
For added safety, some motorcyclists already wear high-visibility vests during daily rides. Before your next big motorcycle tour, let us check your bike and provide you with a yellow or orange high-visibility vest if needed."
